What is Desert Tree Ministries?

Desert Tree Ministries is a coaching ministry that provides coaching pathways for people who are stuck.

When Elijah escaped to the desert, he was ready to be done with his life. He sat down under the desert tree and told the Lord, "I have had enough. Take my life, Lord, I am no better than my ancestors." In other words, Elijah said he was as good as dead. He was done.

But God did not leave him there. He gave him rest. He gave him food and water. Jesus Himself met Elijah there under the desert tree, and told him, "Get up and eat, the journey is too much for you."

Desert Tree Ministries comes out of this story. 

​

Our calling is to meet people under their desert tree. We believe God still meets us there and gives us food and water and rest. And He does not leave us alone.

​

Desert Tree Ministries meets hurting people and takes them on their own journey to rest and wholeness. We do this by offering one-on-one and group Christian coaching to people who need help. We minister to those who need help in their marriage, are experiencing relationship challenges, grief, as well as divorce.

​

Our coaching pathways consist of 8-10 weeks of group or one-one-one meetings, while we help each client identify their need and their goals for the future. We help them get there, one step at a time, using the best coaching methods and skills for each client's need.

Desert Tree is committed making this coaching available to everyone who needs it. Money does not keep people from getting help.
